Cambridge Lower Secondary Humanities (0839) helps learners develop a lifelong curiosity about our world and its people. Through their studies of people, the past and places, learners build knowledge and skills to prepare them to be informed, engaged and empathetic members of their communities.

The curriculum is organised into three strands — People, Past and Places — connected through common themes, each developing discipline-specific knowledge and skills.

The Humanities curriculum progresses to a range of Cambridge IGCSE humanities subjects including History, Geography, Psychology, Sociology and Economics.
